Our story
Pathlume was built to help young people find direction and turn it into reality. Too many capable students and graduates do everything they are told to do and still feel lost. Others carry ideas and dreams they do not know how to start.
We close that gap. We help you get clear on your path, show up with confidence, and build what you are meant to build, whether that is a career, a brand or a business.
We also bring something unusual: the view from the hiring side. Our mentors know how opportunity really works.

Your mentors work in talent acquisition and HR every day. They hire across Africa, Europe, the US and Asia, in both tech and non technical roles, and bring that insight to every session.
What we believe
